LaToya is a wife and mother, who strives to ensure her children are equipped with morals and values to be a positive influence in society. A foundation built by her and her husband with kindness and love.

 

As a fourth-generation Palatka Native, she has dedicated 17 years in child welfare and is currently a registered mental health counselor intern. LaToya is passionate about local youth and serves on various community organizations to ensure local youth's welfare.

 

She strives to help grow Putnam's local resources and help the community flourish. As a County Commissioner, LaToya will contribute honest deliberation, consider all factors, and decide on what's best for community gain and not a personal gain.
